Tbh I had a friend in highschool who used to record his music on his iphone(he had a 8 and it was the latest at the time) and the quality was really good ngl, almost sounded like a professionally made song. I'm unsure how samsungs are but I'm pretty sure they have a better microphone that the normiephone OR if you have gaming headsets you could use those, their underrated af

in terms of voice what you got? something for good screaming or a more deeper one thats more ideal to do vocal fry, and even be able to do corpse vocals. (you could also look up hxlx on soundcloud and hear his 2021 songs, L i s t e n a b l e on soundcloud too, Drear, Gashum - Razorblade or NVRMND - Broken God to know what im referring to.)
