For me it's the opposite : I can be very joyful at times and then start crying over a small thing the instant later. It's annoying as I have to hide it to other people so I don't appear like a pussy.
I can control it mostly anyway.

About 3 weeks ago. I watched a LOTR scene while drunk. I think it was the freeing/curing of Theoden and i pretended in my mind i was him being freed from my inceldom.

It could also have been the scene were Gandalf says "All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us"

I was watching frozen planet and I cried when the little buffalo was killed. And I also cried when the wolves couldn't get a kill for their little pups. This world is just fucked up from every angle.
