I do it . it helps very well. It is paunfull it demands effort. But it works for m

OP please clarify if you are emphasizing lifting having an immediate effect on stopping a panic attack in progress, or the idea that getting stronger and building muscle helps to prevent panic attacks?

I don't think it would be a guaranteed cure in either case but could help in either case.

You can also get panic attacks WORSE if you are too sore or injure your self though, so be careful.

@AlexanderTheGreat11 please rank which lifts you dislike more than others. I am wondering if maybe you just have a bad view because you have used the wrong ones.
