A woman told me this once (she was trying to sell me some shit on my way to work) and it basically changed the trajectory of my whole day until I realized what she really meant. I was thinking about it a few days later and I realized that when women refer to men as "approachable" they mean less intimidating. If women aren't intimidated by you then they're not viewing you as a potential romantic interest but more so as a shoulder to cry on or someone to take advantage of. If women feel safe around you it's because they see you as passive and prey-like. A woman would never describe a chad as "approachable" or "comfortable to be around." They'd refer to chad as domineering or forceful. If a woman's ever referred to you as approachable it's basically her way of calling you a beta-male.
