I am 1 cm below average height in my country. I wonder is this perhaps related to my inceldom? I doubt it. If i had a 8/10 face im 99% sure id be a slayer.

Does height only start to matter when you are severely under average?

Yes, nobody will be able to tell that you're 1 cm below average. Height will always make your smv higher, but it starts to get less important the bigger you get.

I'd say when you're about 3 inches below the average height for your country
I'm 4 inches below my countries average (5'10) but the average here (US) is so low from all the mexican manlets and ethnics.
That's why in Europe many countries have average height being over 6 foot, cause most of them are natives with good genes. Plus generally healthier diets

If you’re drastically below your country’s average height.

Diminishing marginal utility applies to height. The SMV difference between someone who is 5'8 and someone who is 6'0 is huge; the improvement going from 6'2 to 6'6 is smaller. Ceteris paribus.

If you're below the average male height of your country. If the average male height is 5'8 ft in country, then men below 5'8 will feel the effect.

If you're surrounded by guys 5+ inches taller than you, you know you're never going to attract female attention.

Just like myself, I'm forgotten about because I'm too small and don't exist in a room full of tall men.
