Honestly same. Like damn, ya nailed it. Thought I could "fix" myself in college, though, wasn't scientifically blackpilled until age 22.
It was a slow gradual realization
When I was blocked by 10+ foids after sending them a pic of my face, and then I sat down and thought my experience in real life, and realized that the reason I have never gotten any attention from foids was my face

Yeah, I got blackpilled on a lot of genetic science stuff around 18-19, also I loved biology back when I was like 15, so I was kinda "predestined" to learn early in a sense.

Probably around 18. Not having had my first kiss wasn't that odd in my circle of friends, but not having had any shot at even getting one, was. All my other friends at the very least knew a girl that they had a good chance to get together with, a girl they really clicked with in a more-than-friends way, or they had even gotten a kiss
