I get unlimited free foods and eat like a pig at times. The legal weed here is very cheap with no additional sales tax, so I buy purple weed called Jealousy from native indian grandma on reservation land. That gives me munchies to eat more free food.

If you want to lose weight cut out all sugar foods. This is hard though as sugar cravings take like 30 days before they fade away.

It's what I regularly do. Find other copes till you reach a realistic goal weight and then you can enjoy slop again, and even more so 'cause you haven't eaten it in so damn long (and money will have been saved in the process for even better slop).

Do a calorie deficit instead. Fasting will drive you crazy.

It's actually not bad. Having two small meals a day. But you gotta watch out for acidity related problems and make sure you are properly hydrated

Yeah I mostly do this tbf but still usually tend to include a 16:8 fast as part of it.

I often pop a caffeine pill as I'm too tired to clean the coffee pot...

Also, I make a really good cold coffee beverage

Using a FUNnel,
1 ts of instant coffee
2 ts / apx half a pack of hot cocoa.
Inside a 16oz/500ml old soda bottle... Shake and slug
