my looks vary a lot from when my face is bloated a bit to when it's not. How do I avoid the bloat?
 
Drink water, eat fewer carbs, eat more potassium/magnesium, exercise/sauna

Oh, and also have good bone structure.
 
easy just dont eat anything for 2 weeks
