This might just be from my male coping perspective, but to me if you've got one feature that's off but the rest of your face is fine, it becomes something distinctive.

No he isn't. That's a professional (ie doctored) picture. Any one of us could take such a pic. He has small head, weirdly angular features and a giant nose. But he's a movie star so it hardly matters. He has the tall and dark thing down, at least.
