There's no way to cope. I'll probably force myself. Most modern music is degenerate and sui fuel for incels.
I hear you completely, dude. I had a period that covered most of my 19th year where I became profoundly sick of music, especially the stuff that saw me through high school and that I really identified with. After a year in college, I almost felt deceived by all these bands made up of weird, angry fuckers releasing records and playing shows while I couldn't even find a person to talk to. How could these goddamn fakes pretend to know what true rage and sadness felt like when, at a minimum, they were able to meet up with 2-4 other like-minded people and unleash something upon the world? I've regained my enthusiasm by immersing myself entirely in the sound and sentiment, trying to learn as little as possible about the people behind the music (with some exceptions). We can pride ourselves on having a completely stark and blackpilled worldview, but some measure of self-delusion is necessary to see oneself through a fundamentally empty life.
Modern music is never really the place to be looking, though. If you want something that really sings of an incel's struggles, this is the best I've found so far:
