They're not helpful and they're resentful if you ask them to do anything for you by and large. They're very tight knit you rub my back I'll rub yours and are only collaborative if they think reciprocity is guaranteed in the short term. They are only social with men if he's Chad or in the aforementioned capacity where maintaining good social levels with a man will grease future wheels of work and recognition that may benefit them. Once they decide they're above a specific task they avoid it like the plague.

Their benefit is they fear negative consequences and so they're excellent little check boxers for any task management assigns or upper management has visibility for. They maintain necessary relationships as mentioned for these reasons so getting them to do something that's their responsibility explicitly on time is easy.

If, say, most people are out and something you need done is clearly a two person job, either one step or extensively, and they're the obvious person to ask don't bother asking them, just go straight to your/their manager, though often this will just lead to them claiming they're overworked and some male colleague will get roped into coming in on their off day to help.

It’s ok sometimes and sucks at other times. Some of them are fine and won’t be bitchy, but others act like they are better than you. Although most of my coworkers are men.

The young foids are the worst and are the most entitled. Older ones aren’t so bad. Just don’t talk about too personal of shit with anyone

I work with lots of foids at my job. They always chat with each other but rarely with other guys (unless they’re good looking). I sometimes hear them shit talk other male coworkers which means that they shit talk me when I’m not around. Most of the time, they talk about their friends, boyfriends, or they complain about shit.

Im lucky that I only work with fellow men, Cause my job is physically exhausting.
Ive never been in a job related environment with lots of females.
I remember I used to work at a bakery in the past (factory job), it was very fun but also very physically exhausting
cause the heat was through the roof, I had to climb up a staircase with 40KG starch, after that walk downstairs again and grab 25KG butter,
