There is catbox which does not require an account. Though it does not embed. Also has litterbox for temporary uploads.
There is streamable which used to not require an account, but now it does. Though if it's something that would get you banned on youtube it's less likely to get removed on streamable and it might not require phone verification. And it will embed here.
