No worries. In general female surgery will be more successful as replicating softer features is easier to remain natural than angularity. Its also why lots of Kpopcels can have good transformations.
For men, lots of surgeries are kind of cope unless you have a good “everything else” with a few easy deficiencies. The average incel will have a bad cranial base. Fixing one feature will just throw the rest out of proportion.
Specifically in blacks, you will see a good skull/jaw accompanied with a recessed chin, in which case a simple genioplasty will be ‘ascending’ especially for the risk to reward ratio. A hair transplant to fix a shitty hairline is also a good surgery from a risk to reward context.
People trying to slap a wide sharp jaw onto a recessed weak face looks retarded. Or cheekbones or whatever.
In general for men, if the change is ‘drastic’ enough to make a non-negligible difference in how attractive you are to women, the surgery will turn out uncanny, disproportionate, and disharmonious.
If feature XYZ goes from ‘below average’ to ‘above average’ enough to make a difference, for example jaw projection, it will likely look uncanny and not harmonize with rest of face. However if you do very slight changes to every feature on your face to make them a bit better… yeah you can have a non-negligible overall improvement, but the risk of being botched continues to increase, and you are looking at 50-200,000$.
