You know...To be honest memes aside, even if I had god-like powers I probably wouldn't kill anyone. I just don't have that capacity in me.
I would probably just use it to acquire knowledge on how the universe works, then LDAR as a god and maybe help those who are in a situation similar to mine.
Contrary to being rich, where you need to act fast on everything before you die, as a god I don't need to rush. Why not spend the time making others existences a little bit more bearable rather then just acting like an asshole like everyone else?
