No they never will. Look at Japan. How are they responding to their societal collapse? Almost half of the reproduction aged men/women in their country are virgins. Collapse is imminent and yet nothing is being done. Their birth rate went from 2.2 per women in the 70s to 1.4 per woman now. That's going from above replacement levels to well below in the span of one generation. What will it be in another generation? Probably around 1 or so per woman, ie. 50% of replacement levels.

The perpetrator of domestic abuse should be the one arrested, not as it currently stands were the man is arrested even if he is the victim.
Mutilating the genitalia of boys should not be an aesthetic choice. Women have legal rights protecting them from surgery for purely aesthetic reason against their will. But again when it comes to men, the mother can mutilate her boy for purely cosmetic reasons.
