If they did want to come up with a real legal reason though, theyd likely say that it is unconstitutional on the grounds that "all men are created equal" and theyd do some mental gymnastics to say that a white ethnostate violates that.
And besides, even if it was established, such a "racist" settlement would be subject to constant terror attacks from brown people amd white liberals. It would need a freaking castle wall and full time private military guards to stay safe

This 100%. Ethnics absolutely want to live among white people when offered a chance. Quality of life in a certain area solely depends on how many white people are present. Even seeing white people in day to day life makes an ethnic life better. If the white population is dropping, it's actually worse for whites and ethnics.
