I think this doesn't really express the comparison properly. Verbal can be bad, but it's not usually JUST verbal bullying, it'll be when a massive group of people all gang up on you to bully you, but in this case it isn't the verbal aspect that does the damage, it's the scale and numbers.

When people are insulting your physical features, they are insulting your genetics. It's not something you can change immediately, it's technically 'you' in the purest sense.

People know subconsciously what they are doing, and are aware of the implications to a variable degree. Yet, they keep doing it. None of the people that verbally bullied me ever faced any repercussion for it. The one guy that tried to physically bully me, got kneed in the head and knocked out in front of a crowd of astonished normies. For the following week, I was a God in that highschool and I wish I had used it to ascend. I got respect from everyone. EVERYONE. Violence maxxing is legit, but you have to do it in self defense to avoid the failo.
