well intention but might have some wild fucking consequences down the line tbh. if i found out someone did this for me i personally would be fine with it but maybe not the 30something brocel in question here.

It would be absolutely devastating for me. I would learn the lesson that I can’t even trust my closest friend. I would believe nothing good can ever happen to me without paying for it.
I believe those things right now based on being almost 30 and khhv like the guy in the post, but those beliefs would become even stronger
opposite for me. if i got that close with someone (i.e. they know im khhv) and found out they paid off some dumb foids just to give me an iota of the experience? i mean sure it'd leave me wanting more and prolly bum me out for a while but the thought behind it counts IMO, especially if they knew me well.
