Here's examples of some of mine tbh, truthfully I still listen to a lot of this stuff:feelsmusic:

It was Depeche Mode Nirvana Metalica
Then i turned to death metal.

I listened to stuff like this plus some late 80's early 90's death metal
I got into death metal later, mostly listen to doom metal these days.

Mostly 80's rock or synth pop tbh.

A bunch of other metal bands like Iron Maiden, System of a Down, Children of Bodom, Limp Bizkit, also local hip hop tbh
some of it is still good but I rarely listen to metal or rap nowadays

Metal, mostly nu metal and the most mainstream metal bands

green day, linkin park, avenged sevenfold, breaking benjamin etc.

typical 00s bands that made me feel edgy

A whole shit ton of genres tbh.
I've never met anyone before who has such a wide taste in music as myself. Most people choose a genre or two and that's it. Not me, i appreciate all music. From Gregorian chant to videogame soundtracks and even lil pump.

Classical, video game osts, smooth jazz, classic rock, rap

still a teenager but I presume you mean what I listened to when I was around 15-16

I still like Marilyn Manson and he's my favorite "mainstream" artist by a landslide as he essentially embodies the prototypical incel. Even has songs about going ER jfl

truly a pioneer. Shame his fanbase consists almost exclusively of homosexuals and degenerates

Pop, pop punk, nu metal, some entry level metal

Classic rock, hard rock, alternative rock, pop punk, atmospheric trance, & country.

Nowadays mostly black metal, red dirt country and post rock. Sometimes Vinnie Paz style rap (I just like the beat and chuckle at them thinking the lyrics are enlightened lol).

The metal core you linked is pretty good.

This is my current favorite song that I've had on repeat, I like the strings in some country songs, warning: it may make you depressed if you watch the video.

Post rock:

Black Metal:

I unironically used to love this song when I was about 15 or 16.
