CLOWNS ARE THE BIPRODUCT OF ORDERED CHAOS

What kind of a sick freak invented the concept of clownery? There are clowns, and they exist to be crazy, but in an affected way. They are ineffective mercenaries of humor. Do you laugh at a clown? Who laughs at a clown? They hire clowns at children's parties, but I distinctly remember that I never laughed at them. I just felt sorry for them, because I knew they were poor all along. Only a poor man makes balloon animals for middle class children. And when you are a child you are more attuned to the sadness that poor working people go thru to get thru their jobs when you know they are humiliating. For the most part, as clownish as the clowns must clown around-- I feel, the children to some degree participate willingly with these sad clowns, not to be entertained, BUT TO BE SYMPATHETIC. Clowns and children alike performing fun games for the adults that pay and watch because they forgot what fun actually is-- the alchemy of it that everyone naturally has before cynicism inevitably breaks the intuition. They hire these 'humor mercenaries' to perform ordered chaos, because it's a simulation of fun. The ritual trumps the sincerity.

Clowns are visually frightening, because they appear unpredictable, unstable. Makeup of pallor and garish colors, planned carefully, so we know they are simply different from the normies. I think the worst part of clowns are their behavior. Pantomime. Mimery. The physicality of clown is painfully performative. They exaggerate their body movement, and play tricks. Play tricks on each other, and on the children they entertain. And ride little vehicles too small for them. Why?

It's like the simple idea of being different is a sick joke to normies that are so stuck up in their normiehood: BECAUSE THERE ALWAYS WILL BE A NORMIE OUT THERE PAYING FOR THESE THINGS CALLED CLOWNS TO EXIST, PAYING FOR CLOWNERY TO SPRING ABOUT OUT OF THIN AIR AND BRING HUMOR FOR JUST BEING A CLOWN AND THATS DISTURBING AS FUCK.

Clowns simply should not exist. But they do. There are willing clowns out there and I am sure they are broken human beings. It makes as much sense as a whore putting on makeup. What is a clown without makeup?

Yes, a whore could simply not put on makeup, but then I wouldn't call her a whore, I'd just call her a feminist making money by providing casual sex to johns that want to virtue-signal about ethical sex work. But who is to say that a whore without makeup is sane? It's all a pyramid of euphemisms that can't escape what it is at its core.

We have always lived in a surveillance state of our lived humiliation

NO they are indentured freaks.

They exist to be different, and to be laughed at for being different

The way I see it, clowns are merely reflections of ourselves, exaggerated and distorted. They attempt to be funny, humorous and joyful, but they only succeed in further highlighting the absurdity of existence.

My boss is a clown. He tries everything to make people laugh and constantly needs to be the center of attention. Clowns needs validation badly.

so you're saying it takes a clown to laugh at a clown, but a neurotic like me can only see their oppression and victimhood for being different. Interesting

because without it they are invisible. I can relate for the need for attention, but I gravely fear being an attention whore IRL. To me, drawing attention to yourself in a way that others haven't asked for IRL is akin to going ER.

This need for attention at all cost I think simply stems from low self esteem

I have low self esteem and desperately need attention, but it feels unethical to impose your need for attention on others. It's like attention rape, do you think he has shame about it?

His mother is the owner of the company, so I think he feels he has free rein to do what he wants without the fear of consequence. His mother just gave him a job so he can get a paycheck. The supervisor there does almost all the work and hes like a quasi-boss. I’ve noticed him throwing subtle jabs at me (I have a degree and worked for my stuff) so I’m guessing he’s just jealous. I feel like if I call him out on his shit and give show him what I think he is (an immature, pathetic clown) he will fall into despair. I can feel his fragility. But I have to tread lightly because I want to keep my job, and he mostly leaves me alone. It’s only when I get a raise or bonus that he gets like that.

In a sense, yes. Clowns' behavior can evoke laughter and joy, but only if viewed from a certain perspective—the perspective of the normie. For those like us, who have a different outlook on life, the same image looks oppressive and pathetic. Different perspectives lead to different interpretations.
