OP this is a confusing question to me (I'm abstaining from voting) because we have to acknowledge that people can be better/worse on the basis of physical or mental criteria.

In either case, it's a combination of race (genetic) and culture (memetic) so are you commenting on race, culture, or some mingling of the two?

I guess I think too specifically to think of broad comparisons like this. There are ups and downs to the physical and mental components of races/cultures which I find repulsive and attractive, and they blend together to make for interesting women either way.

Perhaps if you ask 'worse in which regard' ?
