You control everything material and immaterial, that is, before it actually exists, you can create the idea and decide whether it can exist or not, but it is you who forms its basis in absolutely everything.
And if you want to add something more, you can recreate it again, you control everything, with this you control everything. And the 'nothing' is also yours.

3. Knowing the outcome of things can be very awesome
In all 3 you know the result of “things”, in all 3 questions there is you as the cause of knowing everything; 1 - you know the essence of all things, you naturally know all the possibilities that can occur with it and how it will happen; 2 - you create and recreate everything that exists through you, you know; 3 - you travel in time, you are timeless, you know the result of everything and therefore you know the ultimate truth, you are not matter, you are above it.

The first option is really weak compared to the two others, it doesn't matter if you know everything if you can't do anything with this knowledge. With the other two you have actual power.
By knowing the essence of everything, you can always be one step ahead of anything, that is pure power, however, it is just your perspective in reverse in the face of it. Power is knowing and, from that, being able to do what you want.
If i only have the power of knowing the essence of everything while still having the same body i have it heavily limits what i can do with this power. It doesn't matter if i know everything about a person or the whole universe because i am still a human and my actions, even while knowing everything, are limited because of my condition as a human.
That’s why there’s the saying, “Know yourself and you can do whatever you want.”
This is not to be interpreted literally, but it is a way of saying that if you know yourself, you understand your own choices and, from that, you are already taking a certain action, a power.
And whatever, if you don't handle this issue well, it's not up to me to shove it down your throat, vote however you want, after all that's your power.

I voted for the second power because creating or recreating every things pretty much makes you god and is more straightforward with what it does, you can change everything, and i can recreate myself as a being knowing everything (first option) and able to move trough time (third option).
Even without doing these recreations you already are, because before you find yourself you are. So, you don't need to prove it by doing this, you already are.
And I would choose her too.
