Good personality doesn't mean being a bluepilled "nice guy" feminist listener cuck handing out money, opening doors for foids.

It means what are your talents, intelligence and skills, if you play sports, instruments, etc.

What are you good at. What things you know about and excel at that you can mog them with. Especially professionally.

Again, intellect, skills, and talent have nothing to do with personality. Personality is a set of characteristics, such as extroversion, openness to experience, agreeableness. Combinations/proportions of characteristics that model how a person navigates thru life.

These are mostly things that were formed in early childhood that are extremely difficult to have control over as an adult.

Being talented or highly dedicated to a hobby is actually a somewhat legit advice, since you will actually become a more interesting person then. Basically, it gives you a unique selling point on the sexual market, and being really good at one thing also implies respect from normies – thus, it increases your social status, which is actually valued by women.
