I would say 0.4% of the population which is every 1 in 250 people. I think people undervalue the term truecel and overuse it but there's a big difference between being incel tier and being truecel tier. The vast majority of this forum is not truecel tier and I wouldn't claim to be either

Hard to define that because there's so many different ways in which you can be a truecel. It's basically just having such bottom of the barrel stats that you have next to no chance of ascending compared to the average incel who still has some chance of ascending with good luck
