Gene editing like that is not possible on a mass scale like that, but small changes are able to be made today. Not in a "superhuman" way but with CRISPR tech it is possible supposedly.

Also most people would not use that anyway at least in the near future. Sperm donation from sperm banks and used via "in vitro fertilization (IVF)" is already here and is gaining popularity by the day. Most of these sperm banks also have a minimum height and looks requirement and a lengthy process before a man can become a donor.
