I find latin and turkic languages really nice especially latin how authoritative, majestic and powerful it sounds beautiful but all of its descendants sound like soys now

English because it’s the only one I understand.

Definitely French. Dont understand a word. But its very stylish and flowing.

Italian sounds cool to me.

German, Irish/Scottish Gaelic, Serbo-Croatian, Mongolian, Russian, Latin, Italian, Arabic, French

English is my favorite written language by far. Everything is short, the grammar is simple, also the most useful. I dislike spoken English in the sense that there are a lot of subtle differences, dad and dead, steel and steal, pen and pan, these kinds of things. It's too tricky phonetically.

My native language, Portuguese, is ok. Sounds good and is very rich. Grammar is mostly ok but verbs are too difficult and everything is too syllabic, it sucks to write songs for example.

I dislike German tbh. Grammar is way too unpractical, sayings and expressions make no sense, everywhere you go in German the dialect is different which sucks. I don't think it sounds bad though.

Spanish will always sound like funny Portuguese from a Lusophone perspective.

Japanese is very cool in its spoken form but moon runes are a nightmare and 100% not worth learning if you consider effort/benefit.

Those are the ones I know enough about to comment.

I really like Russian for some reason. Its very cool

Malaysian on other hand...

no king rules forever, the sovietunion fell and so will imperialist america

Japanese and Russian.

French, Spanish and Italian are for me at least the top appealing languages. They just sound great and have a really good flow to it.

Finnish. All the symbols and additions to ordinary English letters almost always looks really cool.

Se on ohi.

i find all nordic languages a bit weird though, sounds like something between english and german

Latin is beautiful. Also Japanese because quasi-weeb.

I find Japanese appealing. It's too difficult for me to learn, though.

Latest 10

I like the way these languages sound. Also Japanese is interesting because of the different writing system, grammar, and honorifics.

Russian. Maybe it's all the Tarkovsky films I've seen

Anything Scandinavian and Irish

Best sounding language

French

Worst

Indian or dutch (saying that as a German)

italian and spanish

I like Chinese because it sounds nice and is tonal. I like hearing people speak it since it sounds cool. My chinese teacher said I have a russian accent in Chinese which is weird because I don't speak russian :waitwhat:
I like Latin as well since I've been learning it since middle school. It sounds cool and it lets you read mottos much easier. Other than that though I haven't found it to be too useful, maybe other than using it to learn new vocabulary when it comes up.

Stacey's Body language.

I will never master it, it doesn't mean I can't enjoy it on an abstract level. Just like people saying the elfic language from LOTR sounds elegant and cool.

French. Not only does it sound very nice, it's also the language of our Saint.

Japanese, German, Italian and English

German, Russian, and French
