I've read somewhere (probably here) that it's actually tall women who like tall men the most. Since they're insecure about their femininity, they're willing to overlook a bad faceonality as long as you are taller than them.

It's a weird situation. You have one thing you women want but then you're also ugly as fuck. It's hard to fully give up.
In my case, the only thing that comes to my mind is surgery, considering the fact that I'm lean already. But I can't afford that.
There's also a potential opportunity to go and study in either Russia or China for me. But that's in conflict with my plan. So I'm kind of lost.
You'd probably find a woman in China due to the sheer size of the population and the lack of variety of men
