Unless you are extremely ugly (physically deformed) it would be a waste of money as it would not increase your looks by much anyways, nobody would really be able to tell the difference, and even if it did increase your looks significantly (go from being a 5 to a 6.5) you still have the "social gap" you have to overcome which you can't pay for, you can't pay for a social skills upgrade

I need my maxilla to be more forward projecting. I don't have a recessed chin, but it's not masculine enough. I also want a smaller nose. I want Visible cheekbones. And I don't know if they have surgery for this - but I also want a positive canthal tilt.
