Not really. It's weird, but I still have anxiety calling people or talking face to face.
When I receive a call and it's part of a job, it feels normal. But otherwise, I hate having to call customer support. I try to avoid it at all costs and choose email or chat.
It helped a bit overall, but at the end of the day I'm still ugly, and that's all that matters.
