Worst: I want to say my recessed chin but I would choose my nose, my nose is really fucking long and big and kids at school and my brother always laugh at it, I look like a total subhuman from side pictures because of it and generally my face looks unbalanced from side pictures

My top 3 worst are probably
1. Eye area: large amount of upper eyelid exposure, different amounts on each eye too. Negative canthal tilt. Plus they’re brown so no blue eye halo. Surgery to fix it is apparently very expensive
2. Jawline: I have to actively clench it to make it appear somewhat okay. When I’m not it’s recessed and generally terrible. My gonian is also nonexistent. Surgery to fix it is a bit more available than eye area surgery.
3. Forehead: very big and covered in blemishes and discoloration. I can easily cover it with my hair though.

eye area is definitely the worst:
- upper eyelid exposure, something like pic related
- droopy eyelids
- slight strabismus
- negative canthal tilt

next worst are protruding ears and too narrow jaw and recessed chin

I also have a bit crooked nose but it's my least problem
