Its about keeping your waist size low and doing side lateral raises. My waist is 30' and I believe with excessive leanmaxxing I can get down to 28' waist. It gives illusion of wide shoulders.

That seems like a better marker because it's the sum of both shoulder width and arm length, both of which would be factors in attraction.

Well i measured from the front across from one edge to another is 49 cm at 190.
