I am finding kenpo pretty cool after reading about it as well and watching some gifs

also pencak silat is really cool it’s a Malaysian martial arts I watched a movie called Raid and didn’t even know they used it in there really good movie btw.

Jui Jitsu is god since you don't have to punch the guy to fuck him up and any height or force advantage he might have is negatet.
I'd also do a little bit of Thai boxing.Just buying a gun is the easiest and most effective tho.

You can't fight a bear.There has been only 1 man know to be able to beat a bear in hand to hand combat.
Bears are several times stronger than human you couldn't fight a bear in top physical condition in a thousand years.

Bears are multiple times stronger than you even in top physical condition.Also they have claws and you don't and they can bite off your arm and they can take your hits easily.No way you can fight a bear ever.Don't even try it.If one bear were to enter a college football teams locker room full of chad and every one thought him the bear would still probably win or at least kill of 5 chads at least.No chance dude.

Getting a longsword (as in a real weapon not a wooden/polymer practice weapon) is easy, at least here in Eastern Europe, you just order one from the net; here it's completely legal.

For practice we use mostly wooden weapons and typical fencing armor (except for the non standard helmets which have a reinforced back compared with the ones used in the Olympic sport), in Europe there is a club as such in most middle sized and large cities.

I just looked them up, I’m going to buy an adjustable one when I start training but don’t have money to spend freely right now.

I have some light ones that you put at the end of barbells but I can’t do much with it other than prolonged grip training and they are like 5-10 lbs

I see, perhaps you can do some basic isotonic bodyweight exercises to advanced ones like knuckle pushups, handstands, handstand pushups and plyometric pushups.


Also great to see that you are trying to improve your body = )!

I can do most of those I think I used to do a lot of calisthenics, most pushups variations I can do as well as pull-ups.

I can only do bjj but I think boxing/wrestling is the GOAT combo for prize fighters.
