On days that I slave, I wake up to my alarm, then I tell my phone turn off all alarms, I go to the bathroom with my toothbrush and toothpaste that prevent gingivitis (I keep this stuff in my room) first I splash water in my face and eyes, brush my teeth
Go back to my room with toothbrush and toothpaste, dry my eyes and face, put on a work shirt and new socks, go to the basement and put on my pants, work boots, and hat. And then off to hell
At some point in there I removed the shirt I wore to bed and the socks too if I wore any
Also sometimes I apply lotion to my mouth and nose area if dry
