2-3 places depend on genres of games, rpgs are better on ps1 (ps2 and 3 went full on retard with cutscenes they are way too many of them they forget that they need to make games not movies), AAA games are better on ps3, for racing games ps2 is probably the best (less focus on online and polished enough to be full of content to discover), ps2 is full of hidden gems, while other two have way less of those.
