Title. But I want to know what most people's physique here are!

Some type of fatso

never measure but it must be low

I don't have visible abs unless flexed so I must be about 17-20%. Maybe I should leanmax down to 12% and see how much that helps me

I got an 8 pack

Same. Leanmaxxing isn't easy though

17% ish rn peak bulk. I see no point in cutting rn though because i was a skinny bitch with abs before and 0 face fat and i still got rejected

Lean enough to see veins in hands and arms, and see defined chest muscles. But I have bad ab genetics and although it's pretty lean there isn't much definition there. At least I'm not fat

currently around 17% or smth i'm starting to finally see my abs

You need to train abs if you want them to show and progressive overload them just like other muscles

Same here. Idk if I want to cut or maintain

Jesus that is triple mine! How long have you been lifting?

2 years 10 ish months
How long did it take you to learn the form? For context, I'm only benching like 120-125lbs and it's been 5 months since I started :lul:

honestly form is really dependent on your own body and the way its naturally build. People always talk about tucking your elbows in right when benching but that shit does not work if you have longer arms .I think it took me 2 years before i gained some real confidence in bench press and i started seeing real strength gains, 5 months and u can basically do a plate is good

Yeah, I think you said you were 6ft, right? I'm on the shorter side (5'8) but for me retracting the shoulders or whatever is the hardest part. I know that it's supposed to be like a pen between your shoulders but I forget occasionally. 2 years to see real strength gains? Damn, but how?

Yes im like 180cm so 5'10-5'11 ish retracting the shoulders is something i struggle with aswell atleast i always feel like im doing it wrong i just squeeze my shoulderblades inwards idk its hard to explain i just watched some strong people irl do it and copied it. I follow nsuns 531 its a strength based program but i modified some of the bullshit in it that i didnt want to do (like sumo deadlifts)

I get you. It's like pulling em towards eachother, right? For me, since I am so short, I have to arch my weirdly that's uncomfortable for me to maintain to achieve it. Is the 531 the one with rep maxes and stuff like that? I find that to technical for me, I just go to failure to get stimulus.

based on your scale, I'd probably be somewhere between 10% and 16%

Is that you in your PFP? I always thought so, because didn't you say you were in your mid 40s? :lul:

Yeah its with rep maxes for the specific workouts. Its a lot different compared to regular bodybuilding programs. Sets on your mainlifts are basically never to failure except the 1+ or the 3 or 5+ (basically means you need to get atleast 1 3 or 5 and after that you can go for more or stop if its too heavy already) and yes its like squeezing both sides of your back towards each other. Nsuns 531 has some good apps on the android play store where you just put in your maxes and it shows you the weight u have to hit, otherwise i wouldve skipped it too lol.

around 18% but im bulking and hoping to cut down to around 14% once i achieve my desired lifts

don't remember. Probably saw it mentioned on a reddit post and lurked here for a while before joining.

I could give less of a shit. If any of you actually consider getting healthy then that's just retarded.

Why is it retarded? Mind you, I'm not talking about six-pack haven.

Because relishing in tasty, junk food is one of the great relishes of life. And also, going to the gym is cucked.

The gym is a cope, yes. But it's probably one of the best ones for getting fit. Being obese is not healthy, and that's not redpilled either. But junk food is good to.

Redpill? This is incel.is, where the blackpill comes to stay.

Too low eyeq to calculate that

192 lbs but unsure about my body fat, I would guess 23% judging from those pictures you see online. However, I'm about to go on a cut soon to lose some body fat and hopefully keep my muscles if I diet right.

My goal is to become jacked, get shirtless in front of Instagram reels, and spit blackpilled truths so zoomers will take me seriously.

Kind of like Andrew Tate if he wasn't a grifter or a human trafficker.
