What is the problem with my facial hair?

I need your help as this would be the only place I can ask about my problems. I had grown facial hair much before any one else in friend circle. First I was proud of myself. I had grown some around 12-13 years while rest of them still looked like kids. But as the years passed the growth of my facial hair has been stuck at the same level. I am 17 now and I have the same amount of facial hair which I had 2 years before. Its now killing me that some of my friends are growing good visible beards while I am still stuck with a pubescent mustache. My facial hair only makes me look more ugly. Its like my masculine qualities just stopped developing after I turned 15. Now even a small guy from my previous friend circle who we all teased for being "gay" meaning he looked like a kid. Even he now is starting to grow some beard on his chin and all. If he grows more facial hair than me then it is officially over for me.


I don't know what caused this. Is it because of my masturbuation? I need your help to know the cause and solution.

Any solution? I didn;t have this problem before because my developement until 11-14 was good. So I also want to know the cause. Does masturbuation cause low t?
