Definitely true, 99% of all anime are like this. This is why I stopped watching any animes with a hint of romance because they all play out the same way. But I do know of a manga called Ressentiment, where the MC is a lowlife neckbeard. Highly recommend as it is one of the only animes/manga that is blackpilled.
