My maximum is a 7 facially if the incel in question is from a hypergamous place like California, Toronto, Kangarooland, etc. Above that, he is just a mentalcel or is just unlucky because he's not being approached. But for every other place that's less relevant and less hypergamous, I'd say it's a 6.25. And with height, let's just pretend the incel in the scenario is 6'.
