I found shoe lifts ranging from 1cm to 6cm, which should I go for ?
I did some research and saw a guy recommending the 6 cm one because it will get squashed under feet pressure and will end up less than that.
Im 5'7 btw :feelsaww: and too broke to afford trying all of them.

4 cm, too high and you will get called out

I dont mind being called out, I dont go out often so I dont think people can tell. Even at work I spend the whole day sitting at a table.

i read of cases where people get called out for it and the humiliation is fucking brutal jfl

I'm naturally 5'8 and with my in-sole lifts I am boosted to 5'11 basically. I chose a brand called SOL3 from Amazon and I think it cost me $19.99 to $29.99 if I recall correctly. It comes in 3 pieces per foot, with each piece able to slide into the next to make it a taller lift. The three pieces are combined 2 inches so if I combine that with my athletic shoes I become 5'11. Depending on the shoe type that you wear or your comfort level you can wear just the base sole or two or three of the pieces combined. Each piece is 2cm so two pieces is 4cm and all three are 6cm combined.

I've been using these lifts for over half a year now and they are still in great condition and haven't fallen apart or anything. Most of the time I just use the base booster sole however, but this is ideal for me because I can fit those into basically any shoes I want to wear (hiking shoes, boots, athletic shoes, sneakers, dress shoes, boat shoes, etc), Sandals, slippers, and water shoes are really the only exceptions for the base layer sole piece. To wear all three you may need boots or high topped shoes to hide them though.

Anyways yes I would recommend the 6cm lifts, it won't change how most normies see you and it won't make them respect you, but for me it gave me a little bit of confidence so it was worth it for me.

It depends which kind of shoe you wear and what kind of lift you wear.

Yes the humiliation is very brutal, but if you can hide it well it is worth it, or at least it was for me. If anyone ever finds out I will tell them that the soles are for my "flat feet" and are prescribed by my doctor.

Cope, when you take off your shoes it will be obvious
Get her emotionally invested in you, so it will be hard for her to leave once she discovers you were frauding your height :bigbrain:
