There is overlap and differences that are notable. NTpill means you have a brain like most people. It doesn't have insanely strong interests and hobbies that are niche, plus can give social cues and interpret them better. And, because of this, they fit in better and are naturally low inhib.

Now, you can be NT and a decent person, or you can be NT and be a total bastard. And it doesn't matter all that much, since they'll usually have friends and stuff regardless.

Personality itself doesn't mean much though in terms of how good of a person you are. Your interests and hobbies do not matter either

Meanwhile being non-nt means you have a mental disorder that cucks you from seeing the world how others see it, you process and view things differently in different ways depending on which mental disorder you may have; it IS very detrimental to your personality, especially with something like autism or bpd which directly affects how well you socialise with other people, but that's all it is, a handicap.

Agreed. The biggest issue is that you don't know what exactly you are doing wrong. I have had people get angry at me for seemingly no reason. I know that I did something wrong socially from what their reaction is, but I don't exactly know what I did wrong myself. I think my mind can't detect some things normal people can.
