The lookism thread was posted by someone who admittedly did a night's worth of research on his origins. The date, January 25th, 2012, is when Facebook (where the picture originated) last changed its color code, NOT when it was created. Also, the account from ng-gaming.com (the supposed origin site which is now defunct) was made in January 2013 BUT you can obviously change your avatar at any time. I believe that the first instance of this pic being shared publicly was in August 2013. The Bosnian guy merely saw the pic and went with it as numerous people have since.

On the right firm big thick neck, on the left skinny fragile neck.
On the right small hunter eyes, on the left huge frog eyes.

You can tell by his eyes it's not him. Blackops2cel has deep dark brown eyes, almost black. Basically subhuman animal eyes. The guy on the right looks vaguely like blackops2cel, but everyone can tell they're not the same guy. Both photos were in somewhat well lit environments, blackops2cel has black eyes, the guy on the right has not only completely different eye shape, they're also hazel/greenish.
It's very rare for people to develop freckles in their 20s. Completely different ear shape, blackops2's eyes are very uneven. One is positively tilter, other is neutral, there's no surgery for that. Then there's the skull shape, jaws etc.
