Only good thing is you have your health which motivates you to atleast try. I'm still young but got multiple health probs and I've just given up.

The only sweet thing in life that is worth everything is a sweet young teens virginity and you can only partake in her sweet nectar when you are a teen yourself. Literally anyone 18+ cannot enjoy a young girls body without jail due to these shit AOC laws.

So anybody 20+ literally lost in life and are failures. 99% of girls are whores and lose their cherry between 13-16 so if you dont get to fuck a girl during that period, or before, there is literally nothing worth living for.
