We need to agree on some kind of course of action. This is what I want:

1. Treat ugly people as a minority group. There is plenty of evidence to support this.
2. Treat ugliness as a medical condition.
3. Make uglyphobia illegal the same as racism and sexism.
4. Legalize prostitution. Given sex is a necessity, making prostitution illegal is oppression. I agree that nobody is entitled to anything for free including sex, but we should at least be entitled to have freedom to purchase what we need.

I'm more of a free market kind of guy. I would limit government to ensuring safety standards, std testing is performed and things similar. We can have divergent opinions here I think and still agree on the rest.

Fundamentally I still believe in personal freedom, including the personal freedom of sex workers. I cannot tell a person they have to have sex with another. By removing artificial market barriers to prostitution such as oppressive laws the price should drop significantly. It is not a silver-bullet solution for everyone but it should reduce the suffering by a lot imo... It would still be over for realtruecels that cannot get a prostitute for any amount of money, but that would be a very limited situation, at least compared to now.
