I try to wake up the earlier I pissibly can and surround me with things to do: playing guitar, listen the a lot of music (chinese Guzheng music is SO FREAKING GOOD the relax), reading books, exercising and so on. It helped me a lot!!!
 
I tried many things but nothing worked, because everything especially gymmaxing and eating actual meals felt like a chore for me. Good for you for though for finding a cope that works.
