Experiment What has been your record of insomnia and how did you manage to sleep?

Mine is 3 days, I had a lung infection that didn't let me sleep.

I've never had insomnia but i sleep alot less when i work because i have to go up early.

32 hours due to retarded family violence that kept me up at night in the middle of my 11th grade exams.
I'm glad it's all behind me now.

Around 24 hours I then slept a few hours. I do have insomnia bc I make very loud noises/talking at night which equals a bad quality sleep
