1. The menstrual cycle is the phase in which women have these heightened senses, that's a very small time frame relative to encounters with the opposite sex, its very unlikely every blind woman you approach will just happen to be on her period
2. One can emulate what is desirable by having "high levels" of a specific stress hormone, you can likely cause the necessary spike to trick female senses by having exercised prior to your encounter with her
