Tons of medical studies show (healthy) sex and intimacy strongly and measurably improve human health, reduce mortality odds, and improve human cognition and emotional health. Just because someone isn't aware of the benefits of something doesn't make those benefits go away.

And some here have a lot of the suspected lurking variables already working in their favor but still, I'm confident, suffer at least some negative effects from not being able to have healthy sex lives.
