The surgery I need has a 2% risk of fuck up. You have the opposite of my eye problem so it's probably a higher risk but still low and still worth it.
Med is considered white in most parts of the world. With that height you’ll be fine in South America, surgery is worth it.

Can’t say I’m with you there. I find people in there first world to be trash in equal measure, regardless of economic standing. I actually find people in poorer countries to be more happy and friendly than those who don’t know how good they have it.
