Nah. Rescued dogs are very loyal.
Breeder dogs are too high maintenance and cost for something that may die quickly. Like getting hit by a car or a weird illness. Vet bills.
Farm dogs are really good. Smart "working dogs" that earn their keep.

A dog from a shelter usually KNOWS it's going to die soon. (They can smell it) Therefore it would be grateful for another chance.

If you go during their "exercise time" then you can just stand near the fence and let one PICK YOU.

I've trained dogs. And a dog that's not loyal is useless.
