mostly fruits and veggies, premade food from the asian market on sale like frozen dumplings, fishcakes and some basic meats like ground beef or chicken. As for drinks I just drink water and also milk to drink/make protein powder smoothies (I never buy juice or sodas). Can't afford to eat out either.
